At Bumpp To Baby, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency for both parties.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- Requests for return must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- A clear product opening video (unboxing video) is mandatory for any return or refund request. Requests without an opening video will not be considered.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with original packaging and tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear opening video
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are required to courier the product back at their own cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Bumpp To Baby is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items
