SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to reflect current status.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship both domestically and internationally.
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
DELAYS
Bump To Baby is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Bump To Baby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If a package arrives damaged, the issue must be reported promptly and supported with evidence so it can be evaluated.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Return shipping is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
